ELAH Productions, LLC (On the 50) Event Cancellation Policies & Web Site Terms of Use Revised 01/26/2026

 

1. REGISTRATION AGREEMENT This registration agreement is an agreement between you, the team/indivual named on your registration form, and ELAH Productions, LLC and On the 50 ("ELAH") which governs the terms and conditions which ELAH Productions, LLC and On the 50 ("ELAH") will conduct the event. By signing this agreement, you agree to be bound to the terms and conditions of this agreement along with ELAH rules, regulations and policies listed here and on the ELAH website. As the responsible party for this registration and team/individual named on the registration form, I acknowledge that I have read the payment policies, weather related policy and cancellation policy governing events hosted by ELAH. Furthermore, I fully understand the financial responsibilities associated with this registration and accept liability for any and all debts incurred as a result of this registration. Refunds/Cancellations 1. All competition fees are non-refundable. No Refunds will be offered for a No-Show or Scratch at the Combine, regardless of the circumstance. Any payment made by you will be retained by ELAH as damages to pay for the costs and expenses that ELAH incurs in such cancellation. No refund will be made if your team/individual withdraws from the Combine, regardless of the issue. Faculty and Staff have already been paid.

 

2. INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY

It is rare that ELAH cancels an event. However, if ELAH cancels an event and it is not rescheduled, your team/individual will receive a FULL Refund. In case of inclement weather you can check our website at www.ot50.com for weather updates. If the facility is open, the event will go on. Please make any necessary travel arrangements so that you will not have any problems making it to the event on time. No special favors or performance times will be granted to those who arrive late for any reason (weather or otherwise). Furthermore, no refunds will be given on any ELAH expenses. Please keep an eye on the local and national weather forecasts so that you are prepared for any inclement weather.

 

3. PRIVACY POLICY

Your privacy is very important to us. Accordingly, we have developed this Policy in order for you to understand how we collect, use, communicate and disclose and make use of personal information. The following outlines our privacy policy. ● We collect personal information for the purpose of registering students and staff for competitions, camps, and classes. If you are entering information for persons other than yourself, you are responsible for obtaining the appropriate consents. ● We will collect and use of personal information solely with the objective of fulfilling those purposes specified by us and for other compatible purposes, unless we obtain the consent of the individual concerned or as required by law. ● We will protect personal information by reasonable security safeguards against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification. ● We will make readily available to customers information about our policies and practices relating to the management of personal information. We are committed to conducting our business in accordance with these principles in order to ensure that the confidentiality of personal information is protected and maintained.

5. Refund & Returns Policy

Returns
Merchandise may be returned within [14 days] of delivery if the item is:

  • Unworn

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging (if applicable)

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We will arrange a replacement or refund if the claim is approved.

Refunds

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
